Simple limits that work
- Decide the finishing time before opening a game and use a separate timer.
- Take a proper break away from the screen at the end of the session.
- Do not use a new round to change the feeling left by the previous one.
- Keep play out of work, sleep and time set aside for other people.
Warning signs
Pause if play is becoming hard to stop, hiding how long you have played, displacing sleep or responsibilities, or creating persistent frustration. Using real gambling to chase a feeling created by free play is a clear reason to step away and seek support.

Rules knowledge is not an advantage over randomness. Practice can explain a game, but it cannot make a future wheel spin, roulette number or tile safer.
